About The Position

Aqua Security is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team from its Israeli headquarters in Ramat Gan. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning business objectives with employee and management needs. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in human resources to foster a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous improvement within our organization. You will work collaboratively with our Technology departments to drive HR initiatives that support Aqua Security's business goals in areas such as: employee relations, employee experience and engagement, recruitment, employee development, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support Aqua Security's business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on talent management, organizational design, change management, position management, and employee development.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning to enhance workplace culture.
  • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions, while supporting our HR programs and growth initiatives that allow Aqua to attract, develop, and retain the best talent.
  • Partner with employees to help them develop and achieve their fullest potential
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring effective resolution while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term objectives.
  • Facilitate HR experience projects as part of a global HR team and in support of enhancing the overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as HRBP supporting leaders in a Tech global company
  • Past experience working in global high-tech companies and/or hyper growth start-up environments is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving change management, project management, and a culture of excitement and enthusiasm to solve challenges within a start-up organization.
  • Positive can-do attitude, team player with creative out-of-the-box thinking and innovative spirit.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with the employee life-cycle processes - On/Off Boarding, Career Growth and Internal mobility, Performance Management.
  • Exceptional ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
  • Passionate about people, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in a technology or security-focused environment is a plus.
